We'll be reading our whimsical children's books Man in the Moon and Where's Wilson? at the Cookie Galleria in Acworth during their Snickerdoodles & Storytime.

The event is slated for March 4th at 6:30 PM . There are just a few slots left. You won't want to miss the fun!

Sign-ups are available by calling Cookie Galleria during business hours at 678-908-5900, or by going into the store to sign up (5340 Brookstone Drive, Suite 100, Acworth, GA 30101). This event is geared towards children 9 and under.

Cookies & Mik are provided to children during the reading, and cookies and coffee to the adults. Don't forget to dress in your pajamas (you too parents), and children can bring their favorite blanket, pillow or stuffed animal if desired.

Knox and I had our playgroup friends over last week to make a Halloween Craft. I tried to find an easy craft for toddlers that didn't need complete guidance for every step. Knox LOVES spiders and spiderwebs, so this Halloween activity was perfect! The kids can "sew" their spiderwebs and with stick-on googly eyes, the spiders practically make themselves!

                                                          Spiderweb project

Knox made his spider a Cyclops with one eye and he didn't want to make a spiderweb, but some of his friends thought the spiderweb was the best part!

                                                Knox and his Cyclops Spider

I suggest making this Halloween Spider Craft with 2 or 3 year olds.

Below is a tutorial on what you need for your toddler halloween activity!

Happy Halloween!
